A huge thank you to everyone who came to our party last night to celebrate with us for our 25th year anniversary. It was such a special night and one that we will always remember. Here’s to the next 25 years!
We loved installing an elaborate table, with some of our favourite flowers at Claridge’s in Mayfair. A seasonal combination of hydrangea, roses, peonies, carnations and forget-me-not created the most wonderful impression for guests as they arrived. The effect was completed with tall vases, candelabra, tea cups and plenty of candle light for added sparkle. […]
One of the wonderful joys of our work as florists is the opportunity to travel, and to create designs in some amazing locations around the world. So we were very excited to be heading off to the Côte d’Azur to install flowers for the Vanity Fair Cannes party at Hotel du Cap Eden Roc, the […]
We loved creating flowers for Guy and Damian’s civil ceremony at Banking Hall in March 2016. It’s a wonderful Grade II listed hall which was designed in the 1930s and we relished the opportunity to transform the space with a simple selection of seasonal flowers including masses of forsythia and clusters of sunny narcissi. The images by […]
We were very excited when the idea to host a party at McQueens HQ to celebrate D&D London’s #BlossomCity campaign was first mentioned. Yes, this was a genius suggestion that celebrates all that is wonderful about the spring, right here in the heart of trendy Bethnal Green. Exciting floral-inspired dishes, cocktails and weekly flower installations have been created […]
We always adore creating flowers for events but there are are some jobs that remind us why we chose to be florists. This recent commission by Boodles to create an elaborate table installation for their press day was one such occasion.
The table installation featured masses of our favourite flowers created ombre-style with shades delicately blending from white and green through pastels of cream, peach and pink into delicate lilac and gentle blue. We used hydrangea, roses, sweet pea, peonies, carnations and guelder rose carefully grouped together in a sweep of graduated colour. The flowers created a magnificent backdrop for a collection of the most remarkable jewellery that we have ever seen, and the scent in the room was quite exquisite.
Boodles were established over two centuries ago and champion all that is best in Great British jewellery craftsmanship and design. That’s what made this such a wonderful opportunity; to work with a brand with a rich heritage and dedication to excellence. We are enormously proud of this association, and we think the results speak for themselves.
Diaries at the ready? We are delighted to announce an unmissable new collaboration with Miller Harris – a special evening of fragrance and flowers. Simplicity and respect for nature are the hallmarks that set Miller Harris apart, and we have long been fans of their exquisite fragrances. It’s not just the fragrances we hanker after either – we also adore the beautiful […]
What a tremendous honour it is to create flowers for the Vanity Fair post-Oscar Party in Los Angeles! Yes, we’ve been soaking up the buzz and atmosphere in Hollywood in the build-up to the starriest night of them all. Held next door to Beverly Hills City Hall and hosted by Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter, this is the one […]
We’ve been working with Duchess & Butler to create flowers for their exquisite range of table setting decor. We know all too well what carefully chosen flower design can add to an dining experience so we spoke to Maria-Antonia founder of Duchess & Butler to find out more. Duchess & Butler is all about providing really distinctive […]
Wow, were we excited to create flowers for Vanity Fair’s Super Bowl party in San Francisco last week?! Not only did we get the chance to soak up the wonderful atmosphere of a city hosting the 50th anniversary of the Super Bowl (it’s an American institution on a par with Independence Day and Thanksgiving!), but we also got […]
