We Are Hiring: Full-Time, Junior Events Administrator

Are you friendly, efficient, tech-savvy and obsessed with flowers? We may just have the perfect job for you. We are recruiting for a full-time, Junior Events Administrator to support our legendary weddings and events team at the McQueens HQ in Bethnal Green.

Your Role as Junior Events Administrator

Super-efficient and highly organised, you will be supporting our Senior Events Administrator by handling correspondence and calls, preparing quotes and working closely with our Events florists in this multi-faceted role.

Professional-level written and spoken English is a must. Literate and numerate, you will be cool and calm under pressure with a good sense of humour. Creativity and a knowledge of flowers and/or the events industry would be advantageous. Relevant experience in a similar, admin role would be ideal.

Hours & Salary

Hours are:

7am to 6pm Mondays/8:30am to 6pm Tuesday to Friday.

Salary is negotiable, based on experience and skills.
